Today, generative artificial intelligence (GenAI) is a decisive factor in remaining competitive in various industries. The Masco Group recognised early on the need to evaluate potential applications and gain concrete experience within the global team. The aim was to increase efficiency and develop an effective AI strategy that would ensure both short-term success and long-term improvements.

Through a cross-company webinar and interactive workshops, we imparted fundamental knowledge about AI and GenAI. In co-creation sessions, the participants developed a deep understanding of the possible applications of GenAI in four key business functions: Sales & Marketing, Human Resources, Project Management and Engineering.
In collaboration with Masco Group executives, our AI experts identified potential use cases for AI in these functions and prioritized them according to impact, effort, and scalability.
After carefully researching and evaluating suitable platforms and solutions, we launched a test phase so that users could gain first-hand experience with the applications. The steps included:
