Welcome to Qvest Engage. Formerly known as TeraVolt, we have been part of the Qvest Group since 2023.
As a solution provider for digital media products, we operate in an agile company based in Hamburg, Germany. We foster an appreciative working atmosphere where respectful interaction, passion, and enthusiasm for our tasks are as important as the pursuit of excellence.
We are organized into multifunctional teams, consisting of around 50 colleagues with diverse skills and backgrounds, ranging in age from 21 to 62. Embracing diversity, we are proud to have team members from various nationalities. While we speak Arabic, Bengali, Chinese, Croatian, Persian, Polish, and Spanish, our primary languages for communication are German and English.
We share our love for TV with renowned customers and partners, including ZDF, ARD, RTL, Red Bull, DFL Deutsche Fußball Liga, Vodafone, and Telekom, among others. We are excited to grow and look forward to welcoming new digital enthusiasts who want to revolutionize the TV market with us.

We find your application and CV exciting and would like to get to know you better! Our process typically includes three "get-to-know-you" sessions, which can be conducted in person or virtually, depending on the situation. We start with a brief initial screening via Teams to address general questions. If both parties are interested, we proceed with a more detailed process. This includes an in-person meeting with peers and a second round that may involve a small assignment. You'll have the chance to meet the team and interact with colleagues.
