Onboarding and mentoring

Subsequently, your personal onboarding program begins in your department at the respective Qvest location worldwide. Whether apprentices, students, entry-level professionals, or seasoned experts: during the first months, a mentor will accompany you to make your entry particularly smooth.

Feedback meetings

In regular feedback meetings with your supervisor – during the probationary period and beyond – we jointly identify your strengths and areas for development, as well as a strategy to address and promote them. These discussions also provide you with the opportunity to address open topics with your manager and reflect on your role and responsibilities.
