What to expect from Qvest
During your traineeship or study program, you will quickly get to know the company and a wide range of colleagues. You will be accepted directly as a full member of our young teams and will be accompanied throughout your training by your mentor. Depending on your apprenticeship, you will be part of a permanent team or work in our various commercial departments. You will also receive further support through close contact with your trainee colleagues from the various apprenticeship years.
My apprenticeship as an IT specialist for system integration at Qvest is like a practical puzzle. Every day I add new pieces, learn through practical experience and build up my understanding of IT systems step by step.
We're looking for you!
This all sounds exciting and you wonder if you would fit in with us? We are always looking for bright and curious trainees. Motivation and willingness to learn are more important to us than grades or certificates. Nevertheless, you should have at least a good command of English and either already have your university entrance qualification in your pocket or be about to graduate. It is important that you have a good dose of self-confidence and a desire to learn in a practical way and to work independently.
Your apprenticeship or study programe
In commercial apprenticeships and studies, you will get to know various departments and areas through a rotational principle. At the latest four months before your graduation, we decide together in which target function you will enter after successfully completing your studies. Your onboarding begins parallel to the final exams.
Apprenticeship at Qvest
During this apprenticeship, you will pass through all commercial departments and choose your target department at the end of the apprenticeship.
During this apprenticeship, you will be a permanent team member in our marketing department. However, you will have the opportunity to get a taste of other departments for a few weeks during your apprenticeship.
In this apprenticeship, you will be a integral team member of our Logistics Department and have the opportunity to familiarize yourself with various areas of logistics. Additionally, you will gain insights into departments such as purchasing and accounting.
During this apprenticeship, you will be a permanent team member in our Corporate IT department. However, you will have the opportunity to get a taste of other technical departments/practices for a few weeks during your apprenticeship.

Dual study programs at Qvest
This dual study program takes place in cooperation with FOM University in Cologne. You will go through various business departments and, at the end of the study, choose your target department.
This dual study program takes place in cooperation with RheinMain University of Applied Sciences in Wiesbaden. You will be a fixed team member in one of our technical practices. However, during the course of the study, there is still the opportunity to get a glimpse into other technical departments/practices for a few weeks.

I really enjoy the dual study program in International Management. The regular rotation between departments gives us an insight into the entire company, which makes the work very varied. I particularly like the fact that we can apply the theoretical content from our studies directly in practice and learn early on to take responsibility for our tasks and thus actively contribute to the success of the company.
Your Benefits

Our existing apprentices and students will spend an exciting first day with you, during which you will get to know Qvest in more detail and grow together as a team through games, rallies and shared meals.
Depending on your apprenticeship or academic program, you will attend university or school either part-time (two days per week) or in block weeks. Together with our cooperation partners, we ensure the integration of theory and practice functions in line with your preferences through regular exchange.
During your apprenticeship, your trainers will accompany you throughout the entire training period. For students, we assign a mentor to support you. These individuals are there to listen to you and assist you with everyday challenges.
In your first six months with us, all new apprentices and students come together for a monthly experience exchange where you can share what you are working on, discuss what is going well, what is challenging, or ask any questions. After the first six months, the experience exchange takes place quarterly with apprentices and students from all years.
Shortly before changing departments, a feedback meeting with the responsible trainer of the department where you are located occurs. In this conversation, the collaboration is reflected upon, and learning areas are identified. If you are in a fixed department, you participate in the probationary process and annual discussions.
Twice a year, we let apprentices and students plan a project to promote networking and a sense of responsibility among them. The project may involve planning a small event, for example. Once a year, we have our Apprentice Day, where we go on an excursion with all apprentices and students (e.g., water skiing or riding roller coasters in an amusement park).
As part of your training/dual study program, you have the opportunity to apply for an internship abroad at one of our international locations.
During your apprenticeship with us, you receive an attractive salary, plus vacation and Christmas bonuses. In a dual study program, you earn a salary of over 1.300€ from the first year, which also increases annually.
As they say, "The apprentice years are not the master's years." For this reason, we cover the costs of the job ticket or Germany ticket.
