Thank you for your interest in Qvest.US LLC (“Qvest.US”). This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) describes how Qvest.US collects and uses your personal and other information through our website, services and other programs. We are committed to protecting your privacy.

Children’s Privacy. Our site is intended for general audiences, and is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe we have unintentionally collected your child’s personal information, you may alert us at privacy@qvest.us and we will take the appropriate steps to delete the information.
Data Security. We use reasonable safeguards designed to improve security and protect information from loss, theft, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction/ However, please be aware that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable. We cannot guarantee that information you provide to us will be 100 percent secure.
International Visitors. The site is based in the United States and designed for visitors located in the United States, in accordance with the laws of the United States. We make no representation that the Services are operated in accordance with the laws or regulations of any other nations. If you choose to provide information from any other region of the world, please be aware that you are consenting to the transfer of such information to the United States for storage and processing in accordance with this Policy.
Your California Privacy Rights. Under California Civil Code Sections 1798.83 and 1798.100 et seq. (the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”)), California users are entitled to request certain information relating to the use of your information. You have the right to request that Qvest.US discloses the following information about our data collection for the previous twelve (12) months: (a) the categories of personal information we have collected about you; (b) the specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you; (c) the categories of sources from which your personal information was collected; (d) the categories of third parties with whom we share your personal information; and (e) the business or commercial purpose for collecting or disclosing your personal information.
For all requests regarding the right to know as described above, you must provide us with your name, email address and phone number. Failure to provide all of the foregoing information will prevent us from processing your request. Further, in order to verify your identity, we will match that information to the information we have in our systems. You may make a request for this information no more than twice in a twelve (12) month period. Please allow up to forty-five (45) days for a response. You can also request that we delete your personal information, except for information that is exempted by statute or regulation. Please note that if we delete your personal information, services provided may not maintain the same functionality. For example, your previous opt out requests will not be saved and saved preferences and information will no longer be available. Do Not Sell My Personal Information. Qvest.US does not sell or share your personal information with third party companies for their direct marketing purposes without your consent.
No Discrimination. Qvest.US will not discriminate against any user for exercising their rights under the CCPA.
Changes to this Policy. We may modify this Policy from time to time, and will make any such revised policy available on our site. If the modifications materially alter your rights or obligations, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you of the change, such as by email or a pop-up notification the next time you visit the site. Your continued use of the site or services after such a change indicates that you have read, understand, and agree to the revised Policy.
