Integrated change management program
How can the ideal framework conditions for innovations be created at the levels of business, organization and technology? This is one of the main questions that Qvest and VRT are addressing as part of their long-term innovation partnership.
The way in which we consume media content with innovative technology is changing in ever-accelerating cycles. Media companies must be able to adjust easily and at any time to new production demands. Thus, one of the core goals is to enable VRT’s more than 2,100 staff to respond flexibly to changed market conditions and production requirements by providing them with an agile production and distribution architecture.
At VRT, the technical infrastructure design is currently in transition. For this reason, an integrated change management program is accompanying all project stages and involves employees right from the start. Upon project completion, the staff will move into the new, 55,000-square-meter broadcasting and production center. VRT will go on air in 2026 with an extensive online portfolio as a key growth driver as well as four TV and five radio brands.
